170) “People even claim to see satellites with their naked eyes, but this is ridiculous considering they are smaller than a bus and allegedly 100+ miles away; It is impossible to see anything so small that far away. Even using telescopes, no one claims to discern the shape of satellites but rather describes seeing passing moving lights, which could easily be any number of things from airplanes to drones to shooting stars or other unidentified flying objects.”

Mr Dubay, you are great at calling things ridiculous before you have tested them for yourself.

Many of the same apps and websites that track the ISS also let us look up when telephone communication satellites like the Iridium system are passing overhead.

And yes, you can check this with the naked eye, of binoculars.

You can’t see the satellites themselves, but they have large highly polished antennas and often reflect the sun well This is know as “Iridium flares”, and I invite any open minded reader to look them up and try looking for them for themselves. See for yourself!

And, Mr Dubay, could we reliably predict and in effect make timetables of the regular appearances of “airplanes to drones to shooting stars or other unidentified flying objects”? (Other satellites flare sometimes, too)

And a website which you can use to find them for yourself, and see how much value to give to Mr Dubay's "ridiculous" judgments.
